What Happens During Your Treatment Every pregnancy massage is bespoke created around your individual needs on the day whether you’re feeling tired, achy, anxious, or simply in need of some time out. Your therapist will begin with a consultation to understand how you’re feeling and tailor the treatment accordingly. Here’s what you can expect during your session: Comfort first positioning with pillows, bolsters, and blankets to fully support you and your bump Use of pregnancy safe oils and products, carefully chosen for your skin’s changing needs Optional hot mitts to soothe sore, tired feet and reduce swelling. A gentle refreshing facial cleanse using bespoke products to help nourish and calm sensitive skin. Targeted massage to ease backache, shoulder tension, heavy legs, or any areas needing extra care The treatment is always guided by what feels good and safe for you. Whether you're 14 weeks or nearing the end of your pregnancy, you're in expert hands. Who Is It Suitable For? Women in their second or third trimester (from 14 weeks onward) Those experiencing pregnancy related discomforts such as back pain, swollen feet, insomnia, or stress Anyone needing a gentle nurturing touch during pregnancy Clients with mild pregnancy-related health issues pending consultation (e.g. pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, mild hypertension) If you have any medical concerns or are considered high-risk, we recommend speaking to your midwife or GP before booking.
